Shrimp go Backward! Actually, they curl their tails and jerk upward and backward when fleeing from a predator. They also swim smoothly forward when calm and they always land on their feet.
I designed Marker54 shrimp lures to mimic the natural motion of live bait and appeal to the predatory response of redfish, trout, flounder, snook -- and everything thing else that eats a shrimp.
This was born from my frustration with other lures and my own struggles to find fish. Through many iterations and much research, I have created a set of lures that are uniquely suited to different fishing conditions. I can confidently say they are engineered to perform at that moment and will help you make great stories you can tell for a lifetime.
