Waiting for fish (under birds, structure, etc.): Use cup face cork with backwards motion jerk shrimp or mid body tie on popping cork shrimp. This cork moves very little on every pop so the lure stays in one place longer, waiting for the fish you know are there.

Looking for fish: Oval cork and forward motion glide shrimp or forward tie on popping cork shrimp. Oval cork also works great with mullet run lures in dirty water. This cork moves about 1 foot on every pop, so it’s great for covering water when searching for the fish.
