Where I fish this bait works almost as good as live shrimp.  Which makes it better than live shrimp.  You don't have to spend time hooking a shrimp to your line.  I wish they would make the plastic a little thicker across the top of the lead weight.  That is where it usually tears, but it still last longer than any of my other plastic baits.
